If missed: Your pet won't survive much longer without medicine.

A bill comes in the mail for the next 2 days of medicine for your pet. This is your pet's final chance.
If missed: You refuse to pay the bill. You go to your pet to try and comfort it in its final moments. Its body is already cold.

Surgery
3 days remain until your pet's $250 surgery bill is due.
If missed: Missing the surgery deadline prevents the true ending.

Clyde’s offer
During today's shift, you received an email. It claimed that if you call the sheriff and have him visit the store tomorrow, your pet’s surgery costs will be covered.
Call Clyde
You call Clyde. He agrees to visit tomorrow.
This leads toward the Grave Decision ending.
Do not call Clyde
You deem the email too suspicious and don't call Clyde.

How to get it: Pay the medicine bills and earn enough to cover the $250 surgery yourself.
After weeks of desperately scraping together the money, you finally earned enough for your pet’s life-saving surgery. The operation was a success. You feel your chest loosen.
Grave Decision Ending
How to get it: Call Clyde after the anonymous offer and accept the promised surgery payment.
In the end, you saved your pet. The surgery was paid for in full, just like the email promised. An emotional funeral was held for the beloved sheriff of Midnight Town. Only you knew what you traded him for.
Empty Home Ending
How to get it: Reach the surgery deadline without enough money and without the anonymous payment.
In the end, you couldn’t save your pet. The surgery cost more than you had, and by morning, there was nothing left to do. Clyde Dawson still drops by from time to time, bringing cheap beer and old stories. You never mention what you saw during that final night at the gas station.
Bad Ending
How to get it: Stop paying for the pet's medication before the surgery stage.
You could no longer keep up with your pet's medication payments. After burying your pet's cold body, you saw no reason to continue.
